Expedition-Ready Policy: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached—just like you’d expect from a basecamp outfitter.

Gear That Can’t Return to Base

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used sleeping bags (must remain sealed in original packaging)
  • Opened camp kitchen items (stoves, cookware with removed seals)
  • Personalized/custom gear (like engraved equipment)

The Return Trail Map

  2. Pack Like a Pro
    Use original packaging with all protective materials. Include all accessories and documentation—just as you’d repack for a multi-day trek.

Your funds will return via the original payment method:

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Exchanges: We’ll ship replacement gear immediately upon receiving your return (subject to availability).
