Shipping Your Gear
Order Processing
We pack orders faster than you can pitch a tent—all orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
Standard Expedition Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days delivery after dispatch)
Free Alpine Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (15-25 days delivery after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly in remote areas. We currently don’t ship to parts of Asia and certain remote regions.

If your equipment doesn’t meet expectations, our return process is as straightforward as following a well-marked trail.
The Return Trail Map
- Request Authorization: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

- Item(s) for return
- Reason (helps us improve our gear)
- Pack Like a Pro: Use original packaging with all protective materials. Include all accessories and documentation—just as you’d repack for a multi-day trek.

Gear That Can’t Return to Base
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used sleeping bags (must remain sealed in original packaging)
- Opened camp kitchen items (stoves, cookware with removed seals)
- Personalized/custom gear (like engraved equipment)
Summit Notification & Refund Winds
We’ll email when your return arrives at basecamp and process refunds within 3 business days—faster than boiling water at altitude!
Refund Paths
- Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Exchanges: We’ll ship replacement gear immediately upon receiving your return (subject to availability).
